Student Health Insurance Main Content
The Affordable Care Act requires nearly all Americans to have health insurance that meets health care reform standards, or pay a penalty when filing taxes. To identify individuals who have met these coverage standards, the IRS has asked insurance companies to supply you with the 1095B tax form, a health coverage form verifying your health insurance coverage status for the 2015 year.
While you may have received a copy of the pre-filled form by mail, you can also access the form online by following the instructions below. The information listed on the form has been pre-filled by Aetna Student Health. Make sure to double check the social security number, date of birth, and mailing address for accuracy before filing your taxes. Should you find the information to be incorrect, log on to your Aetna Student Health account to make changes to your profile. The corrected information will be updated and an updated 1095B form will be available to download from the website immediately.
You may receive more than one form if you changed your insurance carrier during the 2015 calendar year.
