Web-based scheduling is now active on the Saluki Health Portal.

When you arrive at Student Health Services for an in-person medical appointment, please check in at one of the iPad kiosks in either the main lobby or Windows 4 and 5. 

Appointments must be canceled at least TWO HOURS before the appointment time. Appointments not canceled accordingly and late arrivals will be assessed a $15 fee.

When your appointment is over, please check out at Window 1 and review your payment options with the SHS employee.

AFTER-HOURS CARE

Non-emergency care locations when the SIU Student Health Center is closed:

• SIH Medical Group, Walk-in-Clinics
• Shawnee Health Services, Same Day

MEDICAL EMERGENCY

• Call 911 
• Go to the nearest ER
• Do NOT drive yourself
• Bring Insurance card
